About us
Due to the nature of its coastline, Calvados is fast becoming a Mecca for « kite drawn surfing ». The number of « riders » based at the 6 centres situated between Ouistreham and Houlgate is growing daily and their brightly coloured kites hovering above the beaches can be seen from afar. Fully qualified teachers, trained by the French Free Flight Federation, offer top level instruction with specially adapted teaching methods. One week's course enables the pupil to master the traction aspect of the sport by starting off with smaller kites then taking to the water.
